[BBiomedSc Welcome Lunch on Sept 22, 2017] Year 1 freshmen were so excited to have the opportunity meeting Programme Co-Directors, Course Coordinators, Academic Advisors, Senior Year Students and Alumni altogether for the Welcome Lunch! The atmosphere was good. Casual chats and sharing filled the lunch with joy and laughter.

[Summer research Internship] Our Year 1 students are undergoing an internship for 6 weeks in laboratories within the LKS Faculty of Medicine this Summer. Starting from next year, selected Year 2 students can join research internships in laboratories overseas.

Are you still worry about the career paths for graduates of Biomedical Sciences? Let us find out! 🔍 Students can pursue a career in research after graduation or study for a higher degree. Alternatively, students in the third year can apply for one-year overseas attachment programmes to study courses in veterinary medicine, physiotherapy, or diagnostic radiography. They can also apply to study part of the first year MBBS curriculum at HKU. In their fourth year, students continue courses in the Biomedical Sciences programme to complete the degree in Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences. 🎓 Students can then opt to continue studying the remaining years of the articulation programmes to obtain professional qualifications.
