Biography

Ms. Sema Wong is an accomplished leader in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Pfizer Hong Kong & Macau. With a proven track record of driving HR excellence, Sema is recognized for her strategic mindset, strong leadership abilities, and experience in developing talent initiatives. She possesses a deep understanding of the HR landscape and stays updated on the latest industry trends and best practices. Dr. Hiu Yung Lam has 9 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He has been the MSL Lead for Pfizer Hong Kong since 2021. Prior to this role, he has been the Medical Lead for various therapeutic areas in Pfizer Hong Kong including Oncology, Rare Disease, Internal Medicine and Vaccine. In addition to his current role as MSL Lead, he has recently extended his responsibility to GBA Strategy taskforce where he helps develop the GBA strategic direction for Pfizer. He is an experienced Medical Affairs professional with expertise in people management, TA portfolio management, product lifecycle management, and scientific communication. He is passionate about driving advancements in healthcare as well as bringing the most value to HCPs. Hiu Yung LAM received his PhD degree in Chemistry from the University of Hong Kong in 2014 with about 20 research publications in international scientific journals. Hiu Yung LAM is also a Certified Medicines Development Professional.

Mr. Hayes Chu is a digital innovator at the intersection of content strategy and artificial intelligence, building digital ecosystems that drive measurable growth in healthcare. At Pfizer Hong Kong, he pioneered the company’s first ever—and first in industry—YouTube channel, amassing 1.3M+ views and 30+ episodes in just nine months. He also spearheaded the “Let’s Talk Medicine” series, recognized as a YouTube Works Awards Finalist, and championed companywide AI adoption through internal workshops and Generative AI, significantly reducing production cost and time. He is now advancing the use of AI agents to further amplify this impact across content and marketing workflows. Previously, Hayes led digital strategy for a high growth SaaS company through a $75M Series B and served as a regional digital expert for healthcare partners across Southeast Asia. He is Co-Chair, Healthcare & Life Sciences Committee, Artificial Intelligence Association of Hong Kong.
