Single Cell Workshop (2021-06-28)
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the Single Cell Workshop organised by Dr. Joshua Ho, Dr. Asif Javed and Dr. Yuanhua Huang. It is a 3-day workshop designed for investigators and students who are interested in learning about scRNASeq and familiar with scRNASeq-related topics. The interactive workshop will cover key aspects of single cell analysis, beginning from the basics and building towards more advanced analyses. It aims to provide practical hands-on experience. Throughout the workshop, the attendees will be using their own laptops to analyse manageable sample datasets. The broad structure will constitute of three components, and each of these will be divided into multiple sessions.
